We ask that if you are sick, have been around anyone that is sick, are in quarantine, or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 that you please stay home or call your Clinician and cancel your appointment. Our Clinicians are calling to confirm all appointments with our clients. We are seeing office-based clients by appointment only at 165 E. Park Ave. in Niles, 4822 Market St. in Boardman, and 4717 Main Ave. in Ashtabula. Effective Thursday, March 19, we will no longer be accepting walk in assessments. In order to continue to serve our community, we will be offering scheduled mental health assessments only. Please call 330-544-8005 in order to schedule for an assessment. Assessments will be offered by appointment only Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. Our offices will be closed on Saturdays until further notice.
